Kidra, a Royal daughter of an African Chief, in love with her life in her village in her beloved homeland of African, is torn apart from the people she loves and land that she could never go to back to. Mattheu, a vampire that is smitten with her, goes to her village and asks for her hand in marriage. But when her father turns him down and She stands by his decision, it is an angered Mattheu who would stop at nothing to possess her even if he has to destroy her entire village to have her. When the people of her village start to die, her grandparents send her off to the Americas for her safety, as they try to destroy the relentless vampire and lose their lives to protect her.
