Nic is dead.
A deal Articus Kimmer made five years ago with Nic, means the soul of a serial killer transfers ownership to Articus upon Nic's death. Articus is a corrupt immigrations officer who is also a demon god. He was once infatuated with the serial killer, Jimena. But now he's over it. This novel is a crossover event with several previous books written by Nina R Schluntz. You may recognize characters from the Gods of Earth Series, Slaves of an Alien Game, and Mages and Mates. This novel concludes the Kidnapped Series and includes the first 3 chapters from two novels in the Mages and Mates Series.
