Publisher's Synopsis
Kakuro puzzles often referred to as Cross Sums or Cross Addition Puzzles, are number puzzles solved in a crossword style grid. A number above the diagonal line in a black square represents the total of the numbers in the white squares to the right of it; similarly, a number below the diagonal line is the total sum of the digits in the white squares below it.
The white squares can contain any of the digits 1 to 9, however, these digits cannot be repeated more than once in any vertical column or horizontal line to make the target number. For example, if the total number in the black square is 4 and there are 2 white squares, the digits must be 1 and 3, they cannot be 2 and 2. All puzzles have unique solutions and can be solved using logical methods without guessing. Included in this Kakuro Puzzles Book: - 142 puzzles with solutions in each file- 2 puzzles per page
