Publisher's Synopsis

Jill Chamberlain has a past; unfortunately for her she does not remember most of it. During the past six years she has started to remember her life. She cannot remember much of her past but what she does remember is her ex-husband, Drew Chamberlain. She has spent the past three years on short weekend trysts at his friend's Jack MacArthur's house. She works at a bank under the name of Lizzy Branigan. Lizzy writes weekend trips with her friends at work. At first they are harmless, but something compels her to write about ball gowns, dinners and places that she vaguely remembers. She begins to want her life back and to know what her life was. She sets out with a plan. Meanwhile, Jack and Drew are trying to keep. Jill Chamberlain/Lizzy Branigan safe. While each of them hopes in their hearts she picks them, when she finally remembers the fateful night that changed all of their lives. As she begins to unravel her thoughts to remember, the killer gets closer. In the end Jack and Drew find that Jill is the one that helps them stay one step ahead of the killer. Then she does something that surprises them all.
