Publisher's Synopsis
There was a time when I would have killed for a fast-food burger complete with everything known to man to be bad for me (would you like fries with that?) Even now I sometimes remember the heartburn, weight gain and acid reflux from those days. Fortunately I was able to move on in life and get away from the food that was killing me slowly with its love. I now eat a more healthy diet and feel much better physically and even emotionally. Having said that however I still take great delight in going into my kitchen and finding all sorts of food-stuffs that interest me to the point that I take them out, try new things and just see what concoctions I can come up with. Who says that cooking and baking has to be boring anyway? It certainly isn't boring in my kitchen. Let me take you on a little journey now and we'll together learn how to prepare some of my favorite dishes, bake some fantastic delights that will tickle your fancy and then sit down to what I hope will be a great meal.
