Publisher's Synopsis

Psychological drama centred on the unjust murder trial of Philippe Halsman (Ben Silverstone), a young Jewish man who would later become the most sought after celebrity portrait photographer of his generation. Set in 1928 in Austria, during the rise of fascism, the film tells of the relationship between Philippe and his father Morduch (Heinz Hoenig) and depicts the events leading to his father's death during a hike in the Alps, while focusing an eye upon the anti-Semitic atmosphere of the trial where Philippe stands accused of his father's murder.
