Publisher's Synopsis
This is the second of two journals that were inspirationally channelled by the author over a period of six months. At six-thirty pm each night he would start yawning at the dinner table and by seven pm would sit down to write, and a number of foolscap pages, some in rhyming verse would flow from his pen. Although the instructions were personal to him, they will also inspire others walking the pathway to spirituality. The writings in Journals 1 & 2 were written over 40 years ago but never published. The author is taking the opportunity to do that now. The feedback from the author's first book, 'Walk the Pathway to Spirituality' was that they have been blown away by his experiences and the possibilities that could be there for themselves. Journals 1 & 2 show the same simplicity. The author was influenced a great deal by the teaching of Jesus the Christ. Jesus was a spiritual teacher who came to show us the 'Way', the Spiritual Way, how to access the pathway to spirituality and to find the God within ourselves. These are the same teachings that were given to the author. He makes no claim of greatness. He is merely a messenger as Jesus the Christ was. He seeks to show the Way also, to show others how to seek for themselves. What he was given was to simplify a subject that has been made complicated by being passed through many hands and many minds and was distorted in its journey. The writings covered many spiritual subjects. It might be meditation, it might be prayer or healing. As the author's knowledge progressed, the type of writing that was being received increased in depth. He had been working on different breathing and concentration exercises. He was starting to become more and more interested in chakra development and balancing the chakras. The chakras are energy centers throughout the body, that inner teachings state control your health, physical, mental and spiritual and control the balance between those three aspects. He was feeling changes in his body and energy levels were changing. It was intriguing and pushed him to search for more answers to the spiritual pathway. His inner development was following exactly the same pattern that thousands have previously followed. Many of the things experienced by the author can be experienced by YOU the Reader. If you feel that there is more to life than you have so far seen on your own journey, then have a look at the author's first book and these two journals that have followed. They will at least force you to think and maybe to even tell yourself that you want some of that. What you will be shown is simple to follow and practise. It will in most cases be outside your comfort zone but so what? Aren't new experiences supposed to be like that? Give it a try and you may be pleasantly surprised. To continue on your own journey and to start on your own spiritual pathway sometimes requires a 'kickstart'. The desire needs to come from within yourself. A little gut feeling starts telling you that you need to turn your thoughts to a particular subject, to take action in a certain way. That l 'still small voice' begins to influence you to urge you onwards. It is amazing what results and it can even be over a short period of time. When you do start to listen to it, things begin to happen and it's even possible that your life may change dramatically or perhaps it may be slower. Whatever happens, once that 'still small voice' of your intuition, your Higher Self sets the Divine Plan in motion it is guaranteed that you will be a changed person. You will look back to a point in time and say to yourself, "yes, I remember what happened then. That could be the high-point in my life". So Reader, be daring and take up the challenge. You never know, good things could happen to yourself and those close to you. Take that first step.
