Publisher's Synopsis
As time progresses, so does the love of Ivy and Ty. Ultimate happiness was their initial goal, but the past just can't be the past forever. Ty is still up against the search of Montell and the struggle of adjusting to that family lifestyle. Ivy try's to get used to the idea of being with a real street dude, but Ty's actions only end up affecting her in a negative way while she continues to deal with family drama. In the end things take a positive shift. Ivy and Ty choose each other with the exception of them being themselves. Ivy realizes that she was worthy of true happiness all along and Ty realizes that love was meant for a dope boy after all.
