Publisher's Synopsis
This the last of the Itsy Rabbit books. I have carried these stories in my head for so many years that it feels good to let them out for the world to see. In a way I feel relieved but there is sadness too. Writing is a solitary endeavor and your friends are the characters in your stories. As you already know, I loved Itsy because she reminds me of me. Because she was so tiny, nobody expected much from her. But, boy, did Itsy show them! Thank all of you for reading these stories to your children and grandchildren. There are lessons in the Itsy stories that apply to all of us, no matter how old, or young, you are. If this is your first Itsy book, I want you to go back to the store and get all the others so you too can experience the full effect of Itsy and her forest friends. Mary Noble Jones November 29, 2008
