It's All About People Skills: Surviving Challenges in the Classroom

Teaching, like many service professions, requires the appropriate interpersonal skills. Although academic expertise is, and always will be, the foundation of instruction, educators must be able to translate their knowledge both affectively and effectively in order to better inform their students.
