Addressing the issue of gender in poetic discourse, this anthology includes the work of various 20th century Italian women poets. With interviews on the nature of poetry and the discussion of selected poems, the work attempts to answer the question of whether or not there can be an aesthetic distinction between male-and female-created poetry.
