Publisher's Synopsis
Is Alcoholy? is the beginning of a new topical series of subjects presented in an enthralling and easy-to-read format, by the author of All Lights on in the Master's House, Jason C.N. Jordan. In this work, Jason explores the Biblical view of alcohol, through a purely Jewish, Hebraic and Netzarim perspective. This work, originally birthed from an encounter with a potential newcomer to the faith who abhorred the use of alcohol, inspired Jason to embark on a research regime that left no stone unturned, which at the time grew into two essays and two public lectures. Many people believe that Scripture forbids the consumption of alcohol, but this is not true. This work examines many related verses in context, looks at the origin of alcohol and how it can enhance or harm the physical and spiritual condition. Refraining from alcohol is one thing, but doing it based on the false premise that the Divine Word forbids it, is a totally different thing.
