Publisher's Synopsis
The "Irish Reports" provide the most systematic access to Irish cases available, covering all the major series in Ireland from 1838 until 1925, and thereafter reports of cases from the Republic of Ireland only.;The courts of Ireland have provided an admirable complement to English decisions. The law reports they have produced, therefore, have often been turned to by English judges for authority on points not covered by English decisions or for a different perspective. The series has also provided much that is of interest to academics and practitioners outside Ireland.
