Now a radicalized Muslim, Mazer uses his genius to isolate viruses that attack the nervous system. One "vaccine" kills instead of protecting, stealing the lives of children. In particular, Mazer targets Israelis and Americans in an effort to bring down Western society.
Now, skilled Mossad agents, the Joint Terrorist Task Force, and an immunologist from a biotechnology company work together to fight against jihad. They rush to stop Mazer and his team of terrorists, even as unlimited funds roll in from across the globe supporting Mazer's cause.
