But when one of their little adventures leads to real danger, Albert's friends lose interest in their little investigation game. Albert, sensing that he's getting close to some answers, continues alone. Things get scary when a couple of locals go missing and Albert's search for local lore leads him to cross paths with a reporter investigating the disappearances. As the unlikely pair piece together the mysterious events, a perceived feud between a fiery preacher and the town pariah threaten the peace of the town.
