Intentionally Positive is a mindset that focuses on choosing positive thoughts, actions, and behaviors in order to create a more fulfilling and purposeful life. It involves being mindful and intentional in our approach to life, and actively seeking out opportunities for growth, happiness, and fulfillment.
To intentionally do something is to consciously do it, deliberately, or by design. Intentionally positive means to be positive on purpose, to deliberately think positive, and to create a positive outlook on life by design; thus, allowing good and happy thoughts into your life will assist in maintaining positive energy.
Use the Intentionally Positive journal to practice intentionally being positive daily. Consider this journal the start of your journey and an essential step in the direction of a positive life.
Open your mind and thoughts to concentrate on things that make you happy. Allow this journal to empower you to choose peace over violence, love over hate, joy over sadness, and anything good and healthy for your physical and mental well-being.
