Many centuries following the Oni-Tengu War, the human race continues to struggle with the ever-growing threat of demons. In Heian-kyo Japan, The Great Quilin has not appeared on time to bring peace and prosperity to the land. A lone Oni is tasked with facing the Four Guardian Beasts of nature to break into the heavens and investigate the whereabouts of the Quilin.
