- This book encourages you each day and week to go within yourself to engage in some inner journey/meditation work on a regular basis. A place to reflect and ponder with the questions and words that come to your mind and reflect on their true meanings and potential of YOU!
- Each day you can fill in the 'word of the day' and 'how you are feeling' and rating. Then at the end of the week you are to put down a word that summarises how or what you feel/think/ponder on etc and reasons for this, this is best done in a meditation or visualisation time. Put away a few minutes to half an hour for that time for your inner self reflection each week. You can also use this alongside cards of your choice if you so wish, this is your book!
