1. Jurisdiction after bill dismissed - injunction.-where an injunction against working a mine pending a suit in equity has been dissolved by decree upon final hearing, the bill dismissed without qualification, the decree enrolled and an appeal taken in such form as to operate as a supersedeas, ' the Court rendering the decree has no jurisdiction, there after, to restrain the successful party from working the mine pending the appeal.
