Excerpt from Index-Catalogue of the Law Library of the Supreme Court of Ohio: September 1, 1907
Relative to printing a new edition of the catalog of the law library of the supreme court.
Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio: That the supervisor of public printing is hereby authorized and directed to have printed from copy furnished by the 'law librarian, a new edition of the catalog of the law library of the supreme court, of two thousand copies for gratuitous distribution among the judges, members of the bar, law libraries and citizens of the state, and to pay for the same out of the appropriation for state printing and binding for the years 1913 and 1914. The books shall be bound at the state bindery in a good quality of law buckram, and shall be distributed by the law librarian under the direction of the supreme court, the expense of the distribution to be paid for from the contingent fund of the supreme court.
