That your complainant is the owner in fee simple of a large body of land lying and being in Harney and Malheur counties, which is commonly known as the Warm Springs Ranch of the Pacific Live. Stock Com pany, and a more particular description of said land is set forth in Exhibit A, and attached to this bill of complaint, and is hereby referred to and made a part.
