County Certificates, andf'provisional Certificates in your hands, and the margin al references or duplicates of all certificates, of either kind, 'issued by yousince the first Monday'in June, 1857; together with all other official records or documents in your possession, or under your control, taking his receipt for the same in detail, upon the presentation of which at this Department, your arrearages of salary and Express charges will be adjusted.
