If your Honor please: It is a matter of much regret that Mr. Kellogg, Who so long and sofaithfully represented the interests of the complainant and its predecessor, and who was so well equipped for the task, not alone on account of his broad grasp of the law Of the subject, but particularly On account of his intimate knowledge of the facts, is not here to present complainant's case. It is probably not an exaggeration to say that Mr. Kellogg had no superior, and it is ex tremely doubtful whether he had a peer at this bar in this branch Of the law.
