Disaster became the inspiration for this book. I stood staring at myself at the mirror, in the restaurant's bathroom, debating whether or not to go out and finish the date like a lady or run for it. I couldn't understand where to blame all the disheartening meetings; on dating apps, on me or on the guys themselves. I am a perceptive person I seem to think but for crying out loud what is going through these men's heads. Do they even have the ability to think? Do they care how they look or act?
