We're going to openly talk about it, we're going to help each other find pockets of calms in each other's storms and we're going to create a culture of offering a shoulder to cryon or lending a kind ear. We're taking care of ourselves and writing down these unwanted emotions that have taken control over our lives. No longer can we continue the cycle of refusing to name our demonsand ignoring the burdens that threaten our very lives everyday. We are naming them and facing them head on.
