This contents of this book are entirely pictorial as are the previous volumes in this set. This volume is a composite of the three previous volumes and contains more than 150 photographic images. They are a photographic exploration of the area of California coast that extend from just south of the city of Monterey then for about 100 miles beginning at Asilomar State wildlife refuge then continuing alone the coastal region called Big Sur. There is no text, the images stand alone as a creation of nature. All images were taken over the coarse of ten days using a Nikon D800e digital camera with an assortment of lenses and a Wista 4x5 field film camera and Nikkor 180MM lens using Kodak TMAX iso 100 black and white film and Kodak Ektar iso 100 color negative film.
