Publisher's Synopsis
This extended academic essay-cum-passion project seeks to explore the relationship between the Norse gods-cum-Marvel characters, Thor and Loki, across several decades and multiple mediums through the lens of modern psychological research. Namely, this work posits that Thor and Loki frequently veer into codependency as a result of their particularly epic narcissistic family unit, the relatability of which drives 'Thorki's' enduring popularity through the ages.
