Whilst it is recognised that the death of Jesus has worldwide implications, this book is an attempt to put these events into a more personal context, hence the title "I Was There".
It is so easy to externalise the events leading up to and including the death and resurrection of Jesus but fail to internalise them by seeing ourselves as part of the story.
These Easter Reflections are intended to help the reader see something of himself/herself through some of the characters present in the events of Palm Sunday leading up to Easter Day.
