Day to day we see motivational quotes & comments, etc and I started to think about how I could make these wonderful bits of wisdom more relevant to what we actually think about or do each day. I then added my own initial self defeating, negative, object referenced thoughts, to create a negative/positive quick read that will hopefully allow you to flip that switch from negative QUICKLY to positive and thereby change your life for the better!
