Publisher's Synopsis
I Beheld His Glory: Revelations of Beauty tells how God spoke to the author through beauty. Glimpses of glory came during Stan's Christian formation and music education, as well as through the Scriptures, film and fiction, and livestock. Moreover, the memoir chronicles turning points in the author's life and how he accepted an invitation to become a Roman Catholic. Stan also reflects on how the amount of beauty in a particular place might impact a person's awareness of God. Finally, the author addresses the suggestion that his focus on beauty might distract from the truth.
