Lila's dreams of becoming a ballerina all began with a not-so-perfect pair of ballet slippers, a tutu that might make Lila float away, and the petrifying ballet barre. Lila questions if her dreams can come true and if she can ever be as amazing as her friend, Jasmine, an aspiring prima ballerina. Lila's pet pit bull, Asparagus-Gus for short-and her mom remind Lila that her special purple cape, confidence, and courage can help any dancer, whether brand new or experienced, get through scary feelings and belly butterflies to be a SUPER ballerina.
