I have over 10 years of advice in the optimization of business processes, sales and client-orientation of business. Each of you have your own methods of counseling, which is formed from previous experiences. Hence, I will not give you an advice on how to consult clients with your specialty. Such is not so important for success in consulting. You may even successfully choose an optimal method of consulting by yourself. At the beginning of your own consulting business you will encounter an important challenge: how to build a system of communication with the client. In this book, I'll concentrate on those questions that troubled me and my colleagues in 2005 at the beginning of my consulting business. Many of the answers had searched intuitively, analyzing their own mistakes, seeking the right decisions.
