This essay sheds light on how violent video games prevent violence in real life and elucidates what causes violent behaviors. While it may seem to be an oxymoron, it stands to preponderantly reason that violent video games can preempt violence in real life or at the very least eminently reduce acts of violence. As frugivores with long intestines and high PH levels, human beings will not be able to efficaciously digest these deadly disease causing animal products without it being of dire consequence to their overall health. As frugivores with long intestines, high PH levels, and flat teeth, it is incumbent that our species only devours foods from foods groups that we have the anatomy to efficaciously digest, such as fruits and vegetables. It is unwise to devour animal carcasses, animal secretions, synthetic products, oils, refined grains, whole grains, seeds, legumes, and oxidized products if the individual is keen on optimizing their health, minimizing inflammation, prolonging their life, and mitigating as many deleterious health risks as possible. We currently cannot modify our innate genetic code and should ideally resort to following a diet of only consuming nutrient dense, alkaline fruits and vegetables that optimize our health and maximize our longevity rate. Fruits and vegetables are replete with vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, phytonutrients, antioxidants, fiber, and other salubrious compounds that we need to be able to thrive, prosper, and flourish. The health benefits reaped and the nutrient profiles of each food will vary depending upon the nutrient dense fruit or vegetable consumed, with some foods being far healthier to consume than others. It is also imperative to consume vegan supplements from plant based sources of nutrients and vitamins that your diet may be devoid of, such as Vitamin B12, Nascent Iodine, and Vitamin D3, to ensure that your body has all the requisite nutrients it needs to attain robust health. Violent video games can preclude violent transgressions from transpiring in real life since they provide a means for those who have insalubrious violent tendencies to unleash their pent up anger and frustrations in a virtual video game setting without it being of no real world consequence. For instance, in Call of Duty Black Ops, players have slaughtered over 62 billion pixelated enemies in multiplayer matches and these violent transgressions in a virtual video game setting have not bereft a single person of their life in the real world even though the global Call of Duty Black Ops total pixelated enemies slaughter count is well over 794% more than the current global population. In spite of violent video games becoming more prevalent throughout the world, the rates of violent transgressions have been consistently decreasing in recent years. It is reasonable to deduce that violent video games ironically prevent violent transgressions from transpiring in real life. Those who have an insalubrious mindset and violent tendencies are able to channel their pent up rancor, spite, frustrations, and malice into a virtual fantasy video game setting without it being of any real world consequence since the transgressions carried out in virtual video game settings do not impact people in the real world. For instance, someone's body in this simulated reality that we perceive as the real world will remain unscathed even if they becomes a decedent multiple times in a Call of Duty Black Ops multiplayer match. In other words, transgressions carried out in virtual video game settings inflict no harm against people in the real world.
