Gema has difficulties separating the passion she feels for her lover from the love she feels for her husband. She has trouble making loyalty and consensual infidelity compatible. Meantime, as her lover manages to step by step remove her sexual inhibitions, his influence over her increases. Gema starts doing things for her lover that she would not do for her husband. As the story goes, Gema evolves. However, she continues having to deal with a set of opposed feelings that endanger her marriage. On top of that, she ends up promising something to her lover, which will have unforeseen consequences. At the same time, Daniel undergoes his own evolution and must deal with his own inhibitions.

A few years ago, she decided to give in to her husband's cuckold fantasies and initiated an affair with another man. That was her first step into the hotwife lifestyle. She started to write her experiences under gemaesposacaliente at Blogspot. Encouraged by her followers, she decided to take the step into serious writing, with the hope of sharing her experiences with a broader audience, and of helping couples interested in this lifestyle to take their first step. It is oftentimes women who are afraid of it, and the author hopes that her story will help them to overcome their prejudices. Gemma loves being in contact with her readers and for that reason, she started a second blog under gemaesposacaliente at Tumblr. In that blog, Gemma was telling her current story as a hotwife almost in real-time, in graphical format.
