An innocent and distracted American tourist (Ed Jenesep) is involved in a plot that threatens world peace, with no other help other than a suspicious girl (Gretchen), who seems to want to steal his heart or remove it. As they delve into the mystery, everything suggests that Hitler actually did not die at the end of the Second World War and, frozen, has been kept alive all the time and is now about to make his return.
