Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from History of the One Hundred and Twelfth Regiment, N. Y. Volunteers
For the same reason, a brief daily journal of the Regiment has been left out, as well as many notices of our fallen comrades. It was the original design to devote fifty pages to these, but it was found that this would not give every man an adequate obituary. We were therefore obliged to incorporate in the History of the Regiment and the Statistics, all notices except of the Field and Staff.
