Tucker Hammond has been adrift since his best friend told him he wasn't going to rejoin the rodeo circuit after an injury that brought them both home to small town Ivory Peaks. Tuck needs another client to train and manage, because he's slowly suffocating by staying in one place for so long.
He needs purpose and a sense of fulfillment. His father reminds him that he still hasn't done anything with his inheritance, as all Hammonds are given a large sum of money and tasked to do something good with it.
He's helping his CEO cousin when he runs into Bobbie Jo Hanks-literally. He spills his soda all over her, and her fiery, salty personality lights up his whole world. So it's no wonder that he rushes to get her a fresh set of clothes...and then plans a date.
Thankfully, she's broken up with her long-distance boyfriend now, and Tuck's long-time crush can finally be realized. As they explore their budding romance through rooftop picnics and hikes in the Rocky Mountains, it's clear their connection runs deeper than friendship.
