Publisher's Synopsis
Plain View, Texas, a town so small it barely made it on the map. But it was our town. We spent our teen age years there. When we were forced by circumstances to leave neither of us dreamed we would be returning in our later years or that each of us would be spending time in the pulpit as pastor of the Church of Plain View. Our earthly remains were placed side by side in the cemetery behind the old church. Since then the new church along with the attached Manse burnt. The old church was remodeled again and is now known as the new old church. The Plain View Funeral Home is now out on the main highway.
