Fay and Kayla have to let Mac and Jake go so that they can take their mates. Once the mating takes place Fay loses her mate Torrin within six months. Years later they put out a call for help to other runners. The Megas are attacking the Elvin people relentlessly and the people of the compound are in desperate need of help. Kayla puts a trace on the Dark Knights and lands Mac right in Fay's Lap
