Previous data have shown that globally 8% deaths from cancer and 6 % of all death in India. In India 5,00,000 people die every year. It is an estimated that rate of cancer deaths are expected to increase with population growth and this number likely to increase about 7,00,000. The most commonly diagnosed cancers are lung cancer(1.35 million), breast(1.15million) and colorectal (1 million) cancers.
