Publisher's Synopsis

This is the story of 26 years old college lecturer Devi, the lone daughter of a retired brigadier, who lost his wife when Devi was three years in an accidental gun fire by a five-year-old boy and remained unmarried scared of step motherly treatment to his daughter. Without considering fathers compulsions to marry a doctor, she decided to live with her collegemate, Chandran, working in Delhi and got eloped with him. While proceeding to his room from the railway station, the auto met with an accident and he died and she was admitted to a hospital where Doctor Prakash, took special interest in her, upon knowing the tragic happening at the beginning of her life and decided to give shelter in his house, where he was living with his mother. Her morning sickness generated doubts and on confirmation from a lady doctor that she was pregnant, she was thrown out from there by mother, suspecting her son to be the cause of that. She took shelter in a small house of Shankaran who was working as the peon in a travel agency, and her hunt for job commenced. She got employed in an electronic manufacturing company of Vishnudas, under the pretext of which he was running a five-star brothel. She managed to escape from there. Later she came to know that the auto accident was created by Vishnudas for the sake of the kidney of Chandran, which was transplanted into his mother. Thereafter, she came to know different shady and crafty activities of Vishnudas and she tried to take revenge by revealing one by one through a known journalist. Then what happened? What was the outcome? A big question remains to be answered.
