Koroleva "Banshee" Liutik wasn't supposed to exist. Her mother ran with her when she was born and hid her until they were found. Her mother died and Koroleva grew up alone in the forest until she moved to the city streets. It wasn't until Roark from the Dark Rebels MC found her that she found she could do more than just survive. She found a family and a new life.
Dorain Wesley was rescued by the Shifter Council as a young cub. His entire family murdered, the Council raised him and soon put him to work as one of their enforcers. Not once did he second guess the instructions they gave him, after all, they gave him everything he needed, including a purpose.
Then, in the midst of a continuing battle to protect the MC lands, the unexpected happens... Banshee finds something more than the MC to care about and Dorain finds a reason to say no to those he'd always trusted.
Will the two lost souls find a reason to do more than just follow orders and survive?
