Shell Cove is a quiet little town on the coast of Oregon, Population 500. It attracts tourists in the summer after winter storms deposit every kind of Shell the ocean has to offer. What the tourists don't know is that Shell Cove also has a dirty little secret. Sarah O'Connor was one of the victims of that secret.
