Tion of Harrington and Ormond, the t two volumes of this series, and the issue of Helen during this period Miss Edgeworth wrote no novels, and did no very large amount of writing. Having finished Harrington and Ormond in 1817, just at the date of her father's death, the editing and completing of his Memoir: was her next literary work, this being published in two volumes in 1 820. After this date, she only issued a revised edition of Rommond, and a sequel to her early story, Harry and Lucy, until in 1834 Helen was published, this being her last novel; the only thing she wrote after was a short story, orlarijna, written to obtain funds for the famine-stricken peasants of Ireland 111 1847.
