Publisher's Synopsis
When Lord Tilbury, founder of the Mammoth Publishing Company, receives a letter from Galahad Threepwood stating he will no longer be submitting his sensationally scandalous memoir for publication, he sees the prospect of a small fortune slipping from his grasp. So Tilbury decides to travel to Blandings Castle and steal the manuscript. But he isn't the only one after it - seemingly everyone is scrambling to nab the memoir for their own reasons. Meanwhile, Lord Emsworth suspects Sir Gregory Parsloe-Parsloe of scheming to nobble his pride and joy, that noble Berkshire sow Empress of Blandings, at the upcoming Agricultural Show...
