His work resulted in this book, which outlines how to harness the power of this astringent complex, which powers our internal emotional and physical adaptability towards cosmos by unlocking agni or cellular metabolism. Whilst grounded in years of research, this book is less focused on academic theory, and instead elaborates on one's own potential for experiential expansion through these algorithms by providing application methods, including the development of the yogic Sfaim Breath, developed by Dr Kesarkar to give direct access to this neurohormonal enzymatic hormonal complex which activates cleansing of the macro and micro channels.
