I first started to really think about Angels about age 12, after my aunt died. I knew that she would not leave me alone. I believed she was now an angel watching over me. God showed me so many things in my dreams. After my sister passed, one night as I slept, I clearly heard her voice say, "Look out for my granddaughter." There were other dreams of my sister, but the last one left me peaceful. Angel was brighter and taller. I knew it was her spirit. There were hosts of people praising God when she called out to me, "You know it only takes seven seconds to get to heaven. Look, I'll show you." Angel opened a book to show me where it is written. I woke up before seeing it. A year after Angel's death I went on a religious retreat in Buena Vista, Colorado. I felt this was a place high in the mountains, away from the busy life, where I could connect with her. Last day of my week-long stay in Buena Vista, was cloudy with light rain. The sky cleared up in one spot as we drove down the road. It was quite different than any sky I have seen before so I took the picture. When I returned home, I downloaded the picture to my computer. To my surprise, I could see an image of an Angel. God was showing me Angel was fine, she is with Him and now watching over me! At that moment a new healing begun and the term HealingAngels was born. HealingAngels are anyone that helps me heal. It could be a smile, hug, conversation, lunch, prayer, or encouragement. A HealingAngel is anyone that pours blessing into my life.
