Dogoli, a young man from a prominent clan engaged wife by her aunt. All procedures are followed by and a large wedding ceremony is being prepared. After a long struggle Dogoli fails to fulfill the marriage act; the gossip spreads everywhere on Dogoli's failure. A very mysterious act happens forcing the village to send two members to go abroad for traditional healers to identify the cause of the mystery. The author, through this novel is determined to preserve the traditions and customs of the people of the North Coast of Tanzania for the benefits of the present and future generations.
