Don't Sweat It, Kid (Trilogy) consists of three volumes that are loaded with information and scenarios that are designed to provoke thought and effect positive changes in the behavior and way of thinking about ordinary occurrences and experiences in the life of young people, ages eleven through eighteen. They'll find easy solutions to some of their most recurring problems and/or stress-provoking situations. Volume 2, Hang in There, Kid, consists of topics 34 through 65, and Volume 3, Just Do it, Kid, consists of topics 66 through 101. These topics have been chosen because of their relevance to the lives of young people. Youth are encouraged to read these books with an open mind and to share them with a friend. Potentially the topics addressed can help them to become better people, more giving family members and wonderful role models for the younger kids who are part of their world.
