The second edition of the Handbook of Work and Organizational Psychology is a fundamental revision and extension of the Handbook of Work and Organizational Psychology, first published in Dutch in the early 1980s and subsequently in an English translation. This edition has been completely rewritten to take account of this new work, and is not just an updating of the previous material.
